Its about building out a strong administrative team consisting of receptionists, transaction coordination, marketing, internet lead coordination, telemarketing team and so much more. The right candidate for this position knows she/he is amazing at administrative work. Known for their skills in implementing systems and processes, this leader is a wiz at technology and numbers. A spreadsheet geek, if you will, this leader is enthused by a well oiled, high functioning, administrative department. The ideal candidate for this position is a leader. He/She wants to build and lead others. Not a control freak, this is someone who understands how to train someone well, delegate responsibility, and then hold them accountable for the results. Closing about 100 real estate transactions a year, The Ballen Group is ready to expand statewide and then nationwide with this leader running the administrative department for all locations.
