The Bible study at Calvary Chapel of Manitowoc on Sunday November 24th will be our verse-by-verse study through the Gospel of Matthew. We will cover Matthew 26:30-46 in our study on “The Agony in the Garden!” As you read through these verses here in Matthew chapter 26 you will see that Jesus went into the Garden of Gethsemane in agony and He fell on His face and prayed to the Father. He sought to do the will of the Father. And He left the Garden of Gethsemane in peace as He surrendered His will to the will of the Father. The struggle at the cross was first won in prayer in Gethsemane! Are you in agony over a situation? If you are you need to come before the Father and seek His will in the situation you are in and not your own. As you do you will find that peace that is only found in our surrender to Him!
