The Blood Swept Lands And Seas of Red, Where Angels Fear To Tread ****FREE HIGH RESOLUTION DOWNLOAD**** Apologies, I know this is not Edinburgh but wanted to offer this to all of the Beautiful Edinburgh followers as well as to those on my own page. particularly as this year marks the centenary of the start of The First World War. I shot this image in August when I visited this amazing installation and even though it was at an early stage it was still deeply moving and left a real impression on me. By Remembrance Sunday there will be a ceramic Poppy placed for each of the 886, 246 British lives that were lost in the terrors of The Great War.
