The Bod Pod will be in this week for body composition testing from Thursday morning till Saturday morning. All test times will be during normal class hours Thursday, Friday and Saturday so just show up ready to test. The test takes less than 10 min and is done in complete privacy. If you have not yet paid for your test, the cost is $25. For best results avoid working out or eating at least 2 hours prior to your test.
