The Boo Project started as a good laugh between two friends who had become weary with society and its acceptance and obsession with hate and other derogatory terms used to characterize it and the act of it such as: hating and haters. In fact we had literally had enough. We were convinced that there had to be something more natural, meaningful and powerful to life besides hate... like LOVE! Some of you may be wondering, What in Gods name is a Boo? Im sure we have all heard the term Boo and at some point have been called one. Well, Lets just put everyones mind at ease by interating that Boo is in fact a term of endearment. What many of you may not know is that the term is actually derived from the French word beau meaning beautiful. Boo is most often used in referring to someone that we have great affection and respect for. (Personally I would rather be called a Boo than a hater but I digress.) So why did we choose the term Boo? Well, its simple we wanted the title of this group and the purpose of its existence to be a direct contradiction to the ever growing popular norms of this generation who have unconsciously trademarked hate as socially acceptable. The boo project is a movement and a vehicle to promote love, peace, and unity within every community. It is an indictment for every individual to stand together bearing arms while becoming socially conscious, aware and responsible for the type of energy we release into the atmosphere. This page is my invitation to those who are in agreement with me and the need for an intervention with where we are headed as a society. Im sure that I am NOT the only one who wants to feel loved and safe especially within our own homes and communities. So, how do we change a culture filled with hate and darkness? We must first become light... a beacon of hope and love for this generation and the next, unashamed to admit that we deserve more and prepared to defend that cause at all cost. We must begin by changing and renewing our mindsets for our selves and for one another. Join me! Together let us create and become something BEAUTIFUL. We have 2much♡2Hate...
