The Boulevard of Broken Dreams - A government built on media lies since May 2011 It is no longer news to the citizens of Ogun State that their governor lies at every single opportunity he is presented with, even when not necessary. Over the 43 months of this administration, those lies have manifested into mainstream media using the connection of the current Information Commissioner who was a journalist before his appointment. It has been one lie or the other in the media, Ogun State became a ridicule across the country for its fake newspaper partnership and MoUs with over 95% of all these partnerships and MoU lacking real substance and only existing on the pages of those newspapers granting it audience. Below are some of the partnerships and MoUs the Ogun State government put out in the media, i will leave the readers to look through and see how many of them actually saw the light of day; 1. A vote for Ibikunle Amosun and the APC is a vote for more hugely inflated and uncompleted projects. A vote for Ibikunle Amosun is a vote for continuous indebtedness to civil servants, higher institution lecturers, pensioners amongst others. A vote for Ibikunle Amosun is a vote for another 48 months down the Boulevard of Broken dreams. We cannot try the same option again and expect a new result, CHANGE becomes imminent in Ogun State at the next election.
