The British armed forces could be could paralysed due to the onslaught of Litigation proceedings. These proceeding are coming from human right infringement cases from cases in Iraq and Afghanistan, some case are from terror related arrests with Britain. There have been a staggering 5,827 cases in 2012-13 with most cases coming from the families of British service personnel who claimed they have been dismissed due to politically bias reasons. These litigation cases has led to the Ministry of defence having to employing around 310 lawyers and legal consultants at a cost of £36m a year. This sustained legal assault on British forces could have catastrophic consequences for the safety of the British nation. From this we see that not so Great Britain will continue to be bled financially long after they withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2014 and for the most part of is those who they send to defend their nation who will be doing the bleeding (no pun intended :-)) Allah says Surely those who disbelieve spend their wealth to hinder (people) from the way of Allah; so they shall spend it, then it shall be to them an intense regret, then they shall be overcome; and those who disbelieve shall be driven together to hell. Quran 8:36
