The Cafe is open for business! I would like to remind everyone that the menu is limited for the time being, the new staff was given a limited menu in which will allow them to adjust to the new work environment, once the staff is capable of taking on more items...the menu will then start to increase in size. Please be patient with them during this process, as they do not have the experience, education, and knowledge in which I have been provided over many years. For those looking to eat from a more advance menu, the restaurant will be opening soon, the mechanical issues, new hires, bar construction has greatly delayed the expected opening. Though I am hoping to have everything ready for the following week. I want to make sure everything is in place, mistakes are addressed, and everything in which will be expected is in place. Thankfully the restaurant is just up the hill from the cafe, anyone out on the boat can dock at the hotel docks, and take a short walk up the hill. Looking forward to seeing everyone again! I have definitely missed the conversation with my regulars...it is because of all of you that I continue to push on and desire staying home to do business :-) Thanks, Trevor Brunet
