The Calhouns have had a very eventful Christmas so far. We woke to find Jessicas playhouse knocked over and carried a significant distance into the pool fencing. We are surmising that Prep and Landing (2 of Santas helper elves who prep each site for Santa to land) made a miscalculation and did not factor in cross wind error. Red wrapping paper was found by Jessica on the house.....she thinks Santa hit the structure!!! She is a little sad, but we have managed to calm the storm. And finally, to top it all off, we had furnace problems in the middle of the night...woke at 4:30 am to the smell of something burning. My father in-law came to the rescue at noon and after talking me through the dismantling and reassembling of the furnace it is up and running again. I only swore once! I am now looking around the house for a Red Rider BB Gun :) The Calhouns have their own Christmas Story this year. Fa--Ra, Ra, Ra, Ra :) We are still smiling :)
