The Calling of Our Father – The Basic Calling Part 9 What does the word calling mean? Holy Spirit gave me this understanding: In Eph 4:1 & 1 Thess 2:12, the word calling means to be INVITED by NAME, which is the first/basic calling. Our Father has an invitation for EACH human being, with his or her NAME on it, to become a Born Again Christian, to live in the Kingdom of Our Father even while living on Planet Earth, and to live in the eternal Kingdom of Our Father in Heaven for eternity. This is the meaning of the basic calling. Secondly, Our Father also asks each one of you Born Again Christians to do a certain PUPOSE in life that will always include a ministry. The ministry of your Guardian Angels is a good example of the meaning of ministry. According to the Bible every born again Christian is assigned Angels from our Father (how many Angels? I cannot explain here – you could learn from my messages) to minister to you in your times of need & even in the times when you are happy. Thirdly, SOME (not All) of you Born Again Christians will be asked to be an apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and/or teacher. Remember, your Christian walk will ALWAYS include callings. Every calling begins when ANYONE receives Our Fathers Grace into their lives when they became a Born Again Christian. Does the calling make one a better person? There is nothing about any calling or giftings that makes one any better than any other Born Again Christian, either in the basic callings or the special callings. 1) The BASIC CALLING that Our Father has given one are no more important than the basic calling given to another, for all the basic calling to be a SAINT is by HIS grace not by our worthiness, or goodness. Grace is our Father’s unmerited favour. 2) Similarly, the SPECIAL CALLING that Our Father has given one, are no more important than the special calling given to another, for the special calling is by HIS grace not by our worthiness, or goodness. We need to realize that whatever calling and giftings Our Father has given to anyone individually, is equally important to the calling and giftings Our Father has given to me, or to any other Born Again Christian - both in the BASIC & SPECIAL calling!.
