The Change UP - Day 46 Fit Rockers Bomb Out Workout 5 min sets - 2 min break between sets If break movement then perform 6 dive bombers (group work) 1/ sprint - 10 wall balls (everyone holds a plank) - take turns 2/ sprint - 7 burpees (everyone holds a side plank) - take turns 3/ sprint - 10 hand release push ups (everyone does non stop tuck crunches) - take turns 4/ sprint - 12 ball slams (everyone does non stop leg raises) - take turns 5/ sprint - 10 double unders (everyone does non stop high knees) - take turns *walk half the field, sprint the rest. - with my 5am crew x
