The Chesapeake Buy Boat Association (oysterbuyboats/cbba.html) is coming to Whitehouse Cove Marina in Poquoson! Stop in and visit these amazing vessels and take a tour. This is a family friendly event, free and open to the public. The Buy Boats will arrive the afternoon of Sunday, August 4th and depart the morning of Tuesday, August 6th, 2013. Program Highlights: • 2:00 PM, Monday August 5th – Joint Presentation by the Mariner’s Museum, Poquoson Museum and Chesapeake Buy Boat Association. • 3:30 PM, Monday August 5th – City of Poquoson Ribbon Cutting for the new public boat ramp adjacent to Whitehouse Cove Marina and Bishop’s Outpost Marina Store • The Buy Boats will be open for tours throughout the 3 day rendezvous.
