The Chewton Glen Hotel together with Brockenhurst College are looking to select an Apprentice Waiter to work in our busy restaurant, whilst learning at the same time, to assist the Restaurant Manager and his Assistants in the organisation. As Apprentice Waiter, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You must have a good working attitude, a willingness to learn and progress, and enjoy the buzz of working in a busy environment.
