The City of Lee’s Summit is pleased to announce the promotion of George Binger, P.E., to the position of deputy director/city engineer in the Public Works Department. This position became vacant when Dena Mezger was promoted to the director of the department in October 2014. “I am very blessed and honored to be able to serve in this position. I have really enjoyed living and working here; I look forward to working with the great people in public works, and the community, who have devoted their time and talents to help make Lee’s Summit a great place to live,” said Binger.
