The Copper Scroll Project activated its new website last night! copper-scroll-project or Google The Copper Scroll Project We are making a new push to see The Copper Scroll Project completed. No updates were posted since the excavation and an explanation is given on the new site. I will gradually release details about secrets from the Copper Scroll that were found but not expected. Facts that give an intimate look into the set apart men in the wilderness at Qumran dedicated to one thing, pleasing the Father. They called themselves the Sons of Light and the Way, keeping watch over Israel to insure that the people of God stayed on the path of righteousness standing at the gates in Jerusalem blazing for repentance from Israel’s leaders. Qumran was the home of the prophets of Israel and a place established to raise up the first born in the way that they should go. You see, Qumran was the center of education for those holy men. When you go to the new website, on the right is a column of new information. Each week more evidence is posted about, “Project Updates,” to let you know what is happening as we deal with major issues in Israel. “Nuggets from the Copper Scroll’ gives fascinating details, like the fact that Qumran is a mirror image of Jerusalem…and the names given in the Copper Scroll match the old city perfectly. Technical information about the equipment stored in Israel to scan deep into the ground at Qumran to see if the precious metals of the Temple still remain will also be discussed in the, “Nuggets.” The treasure from the metal scroll is not just the gold, silver, gems and Tabernacle artifacts. There may be massive amounts of historic information in the buried cave, a boon for educators and historians. With such a discovery, the tourist trade will blossom along with Israel’s economy. The real treasure is the hope that it brings for a kingdom restored and awakening to become whole again. Today is Tisha b Av, a day of mourning and fasting and we will mourn and we will fast with my brothers and sisters Judah. Today hug a Jewish brother or sister and tell them you mourn with them, but hope is at the door in the Valley of Achor. Pray that the items of the Copper Scroll remain at Qumran.
