The Decelerator, After pulling both of my hamstrings sprinting it - TopicsExpress

The Decelerator, After pulling both of my hamstrings sprinting it was an eye opener that I have not been training properly for a road race because I had not been including enough posterior chain exercise to strengthen my decelerating muscle! Hi my name is Peter A. Rivera Owner/Inventor of an amazing sports training tool The Decelerator! Im sure you’d agree that it does matter how fast you can swing a bat, throw a ball. throw a punch, tale a slap shot, return a serve and many other skills that depend on speed and deceleration in any given sport. But if you keep using the same poor technique or improper muscular control you will be somewhat ineffective. The Decelerator can improve all sports movements Immediately! For example, when speaking of the rotator cuff muscles, their primary function is to decelerate the arm when throwing. If the rotator cuff muscles cannot slow down the arm after it releases a fast ball the rotator cuff will be compromised along with all the other supporting soft tissue. Another example of the deceleration muscles being used is in the swing of a bat. The posterior chain muscles must be strong enough and able to accept the load of a powerful swing. The Decelerator increases the brain body connection to fir off the proper muscles to decelerate the body and by producing increased hand speed and a straighter line to the ball. The Decelerator from DTS is a Multi Sport Unit that works the body in the deceleration mode of the desired activity, preparing the body to take on a load, in the negative aspect of a given movement or movements. This provides the athlete with the ability to absorb the acceleration phase of their given activity in every angle and degree. It is injury prevention based and increases the neuromuscular synaptic connections in the body! The Decelerator incorporates the brain body connection which results in significant improvements in the athlete’s ability to generate force and resist various musculoskeletal injuries. This can be accomplished by having the athlete perform their power movement and then return to the “start-position” of the exercise in a controlled “slow motion” manner. If the athlete knows how to control their shoulder, hips, core and legs they will be able to play less inhibited and be more confident. The Decelerator is an excellent tool that can be used to achieve these results. See for yourself. Schedule a time for us to come by and show you The Decelerator! Our endorsers range from Conn. Hall of Fame 2013 Jen Hadley pitcher at Umas Amherst, Denise Denis who is 9 yr. veteran on The Stratford Brakettes (MVP 2012 Womans Major Championship) and Mike Parisi MLB pitcher to name a few. Healthfully yours, Peter A. Rivera Owner/Inventor decelerationtraining
