The Department of Transportation and Works reminds motorists that the Outer Ring Road, between Portugal Cove Road and the Team Gushue Highway, will be closed on Sunday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The closure of this five kilometres of highway is necessary to enable cleanup efforts. Eastbound motorists will need to exit the highway using the Team Gushue Highway off-ramp; while westbound drivers will have to exit the highway using the Portugal Cove Road off-ramps.
