The Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko has directed that Kethi Kilonzo be charged over the voter registration saga. Kethi will be charged next Tuesday jointly with other IEBC officials. Prosecutor Jacob Ondari and lawyer Julie Soweto for Kethi Kilonzo, agreed before High Court Judge Lydia Achode to have Kethi present herself on Monday at the CID headquarters for her finger prints to be taken. She will be released on police bond and will appear in court on Tuesday to take a plea. #Pamela
