The Drs came in and gave us some news. We will be getting transferred within the next few days. Its possible of Santa Clara, Oakland, Davis just to name a few. Hailey needs aggressive in patient physical and emotional therapy for at least 3 weeks. The Dr wanted it as close to home as possible due to driving back and forth since housing is typically an issue for non patients. Well Im not leaving her side since we are several hours away from any place that might have a facility. Ill research it more when they come in with the list of places we can go. The Dr then explained that Hailey Doesnt have cancer!!! Thank God!! but that the tumor can grow back or spread. . Because of how this has effected Hailey he doesnt want to do any aggressive treatment right now to kill the cells from growing because it would set her back and traumatize her even further. The treatment would cause her to be very sick. So we are going to watch it very closely while she heals and makes progress. If one of her scans change than we will take care of it then with treatment. For now we just need to focus on Therapy. We were hoping to be home by Thanksgiving but thats not going to happen and its okay. Hailey and I will be celebrating how thankful we are to be CANCER FREE! PLEASE keep Haileys Grandpa in your prayers as he is battling cancer right now. . There is so much going on out there right now so grab your family and friends and tell them you love them and hold them close!!!
