The Earthquake Recovery Minster is rejecting claims he cancelled his own report into the citys financial situation. Gerry Brownlee commissioned Morrison Low to review the citys financial situation in May, after casting doubts over the accuracy of an earlier report, which put the council half-a-million dollars in the red. But his report was never completed. Mr Brownlee says thats because another report, led by Cameron Partners, filled the void.
