The Elderly Need a voice & I simply offer mine free of charge, I personally Never met the Late Geraldine Webber ( RiP) of Portsmouth NH 03801 but in my own God Given opinion I do believe she was been Exploited & Taken Advantage of by Sgt Aaron Goodwin of the Portsmouth PD.. Why wasnt the State Police or an Outside Unbiased Police Agency called in the beginning to conduct an investigation?? $$$$$$, gee I have no idea!
