Candidates are advised to visit the Polytechnic Website (fedpolyado. org) to avail themselves of the requisite entry requirements for the National Diploma of each programme that makes them prima-facie qualified for the HND Programmes. 2.2 A minimum of one year post ND cognate work experience (Industrial Training) in addition to 2.1 above. 3.0 METHOD OF APPLICATION : Candidates seeking for admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti are required to complete the Institution’s application form available on-line from Monday, 1st July, 2013 to Friday, 21st September, 2013. 4.0 PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING ON- LINE APPLICATION FORM Obtain HND FULL-TIME Application E-tranzact Slip (confirmation order number printed on it) from any branch of the specified Banks upon payment of seven thousand five hundred naira (N7,500.00) only.
