The Frankfort Police Department is now accepting nominations for the 2014 Frankfort Police Department Officer of the Year. The Officer of the Year award will be given to an Officer that has demonstrated outstanding achievement and performance, which goes above and beyond their normal duties and is an example setter through leadership and professionalism. The criterion includes, but not limited to: attendance, productivity, letter(s) of commendation, organizational commitment, sustained community involvement, judgment, decisiveness, sensitivity and leadership.
