The Freelandville Improvement Club will host the sixth annual Autumn Fest on Sept. 28. The event will begin with a pancake breakfast, hosted by the Freelandville Fire Dept., from 6:30-9:30 a.m. A quilt display and raffle, craft and flea market vendors, antique car/truck/tractor cruise-in and town wide yard sales will begin at 8 a.m. Lunch of chili, burgers, hot dogs, coneys, potato salad, chips and dessert will be served at 11 a.m. Homemade ice cream will also be sold. Games for children will begin at 10 a.m. The parade will start at 1 p.m. The following entries will be accepted: Decorated golf carts and bicycles, antique tractors, cars and trucks, church floats, summer league baseball/softball teams, politicians, horse/pony, etc. The craft and flea market will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Vendors can rent a 10x10 space in the Fire Station for $20. The cruise-in will be from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. across from the Community Center. The Sullivan County Garden Tractor Pull will follow the parade on Tongue Street.
