The Gananoque & District Humane Society Annual General Meeting is on Wednesday June 11th at 6:30 pm at the main floor banquet room of the Gananoque Legion, 55 King St. E., Gananoque, Ontario. We will start the business meeting at 7:00 pm. All Members are urged to attend to receive audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2013, to appoint auditors and other advisors for the ensuing fiscal year, to consider and approve the acts and proceedings of the directors and officers of the Society taken since the last consideration as disclosed in the minutes and records of the Society and in other information provided to Members by the Society, to elect directors of the Society for the ensuing year and to conduct such other Society business as may come before the meeting, or any adjournment thereof.
