The HCRTF just approved the following language to be presented at General Council next week: Article II - MEMBERSHIP Section 5. Membership Code The Legislature shall have the power to enact laws not inconsistent with this Article to govern membership. Removal of any person who is not eligible for membership from the Membership Roll shall be done in accordance with the Membership Code. , provided, that such removal is approved by at least two-thirds (2/3) vote of the General Council. Removal of any person from the Membership Roll will be determined by the Judiciary. The rule of law will be applied based on factual evidence and DNA. All decisions of the Judiciary will be final. This is in response to near unanimous feedback from our Community Forums.
