The House Judiciary Committee passed the National Security Agency reforming USA Freedom Act 31-0 Wednesday. The first major piece of legislation seeking to curb the NSAs collection of electronic information, the bill which has undergone major changes will now proceed to the full House of Representatives. It will be competing with another reform bill that is expected to be approved by the House Intelligence Committee Thursday.
