The Ice Bucket Challenge is sweeping the world - have you seen it, done it or heard about it? What started as a little ripple has turned into a tsunami and the guys at Laugh to Cure MND are aiming for a world record attempt on Friday. This is one of our closest mates and his daughter doing the challenge....check it out. Im chickening out of the ice-bucket BUT I want to make a BIG donation. Ill donate $10 for each person who attends a METAFIT session at Heart Body & Soul on Friday. So, come along and join me either at 6am or 9am.....might need an ice-bucket afterwards!
