The island no longer is experiencing dangerous wind speeds. The roads are clear of debris, but still wet and slippery. No major damage has been reported. There are no injuries reported as a result of the typhoon.Governor Calvo applauds Guamanians for their level of preparedness, despite Guam not facing a threatening storm in 11 years. The Criminal Justice Striking Force will be out in full force to prevent robberies and burglaries, and to find people wanted in criminal investigations and those who have outstanding warrants of arrest. The Police Chief also has directed Operation Dragon to resume as normal.
