The Jonz Project: New Hip Hop and R&B - with DJ Dido and DJ Jefe: this Friday night 16 January at GVA Cafe! For a long time I have always played the supportive role for other bands and solo artists in genres ranging from Jazz to hip hop to latin to reggae and the list goes on and on. I have been blessed to meet many talented individuals in a lot of different Bay Area Circuits and now I am able to bring them to you in a way that is not being done by anyone else around. I can assure you that there will not be the same show twice because each time I am asked to perform I will be bringing a different group, sound, feel and atmosphere to the room showcasing Bay Area music in a different light each time. This particular Friday I have put together a group of musicians who’s goal is to bring you some of the old and mix it with the new. The theme for this week will be NU HIP HOP AND R&B. The guys and I would love to see you all out there to celebrate the premiere of series The Jonz Project Presents. I have a few surprises for all who attend so be sure to bring your dancing shoes and be ready to kick back and have a good time.
