Why was he desperate to snatch the sheet by all means? Note: No Senator was within sight at the time this drama unfolded. It is therefore mischievous for detractors to claim that a highly respected Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, who is well known for being steadfast on issues of integrity and responsible conduct, will condescend to be involved in such low level practice. Senators have bodyguards to respond to security threats and challenges without recourse to physical involvement. Where does this security mechanism play any convincing logical role in the false allegation? Much as politics is generally believed to be a dirty game, Opposition need not always be nasty.
