The King fire where my husband is. Here are a few pics from their Instagram. This thing blows my mind!! 5500 firefighters, 4 firefighters injured, at least 10 homes and 20+ structures. Fire started by arson. This thing blows my mind!! : The biggest of these remains the gigantic King fire, which has now grown to cover more than 87,500 acres (or about 136 square miles). To put this in perspective, that means the fire is now larger than the cities of Atlanta, Las Vegas, Philadelphia and Portland.
