The Koran Tells Muslims to Feel Love and Affection for Jews and Christians. This is what the Koran Commands, Not Dissimulation People who say that, Muslims are dissimulating when they say they want peace are clearly not sufficiently well informed about what the Koran really commands. Jews and Christians are placed under the protection of Muslims in the Koran. A Muslim has a responsibility to show the People of the Book love and affection. These commands exist, not so that people can dissimulate, but so that they can live by the love and friendship that form the basis of true Koranic morality. Since a Muslim lives by the true moral values of the Koran, he will feel love and affection for the People of the Book. In addition, according to the Koran, a Muslim can marry a woman from the People of the Book and eat their food. Can anyone suddenly decide one day to murder the person he married, the mother of his children, whom he addresses as darling or beloved? This is a terrible allegation to make; that after years of treating his wife well and making a family together, having children and treating her with love and respect, a Muslim man will suddenly reach for his gun and say, I was only pretending all those years, and now I am going to kill you. This is an insane belief and quite bluntly speaking, pathological paranoia. The evangelicals in question fail to comprehend the logical flaws inherent in it. Since they are ignorant of the commands of the Koran they are unable to make a proper analysis, and as a result a great many of them end up as ignorant enemies of Islam. Therefore, no permanent peace and friendship can be established.
