The LAW demands that the officer who executed Robert Lawrence in cold blood be charged with murder and face capital punishment or life in prison.... and if the law enforcement system wont see to it and provide remedy and recourse, then WE THE PEOPLE must enforce the LAW. Its not Vigilantism when Law Enforcement fails to perform their duty to uphold and enforce the Law, especially against their fellows. Otherwise, it sets a precedent that we cannot abide: civilian lives are diminished in worth, they become devalued into an expendable commodity, a wicked corporate attitude arising from a type of profit-loss analysis that dismisses the real worth of human life, and it creates a second class of persons who are above the law and teaches them that they can kill at random, arbitrarily and with absolute impunity. Why do we have the 2nd Amendment again? What was the actual original intent of those who framed it for our benefit and protection? Oh yeah, to stop tyrants dead in their tracks- literally.
