The Last Will Be First. Matthew 19:30 “But many who are first will be last, and the last be first.” This statement of Jesus Christ brings such query to the minds of many, especially because of the manner Christ spoke it and that just a few have understand what He really means. The time Jesus uttered such statement, He was referring to the Jews who were considered as the chosen people of God, and the Gentiles, who are said to be us- recipients of grace; and that time, were considered as people who would never inherit the Kingdom of God. But when Christ uttered such statement, such great hope was given to the Gentiles. As for today, such words of Jesus Christ applies to our daily living, may it be in our spiritual battle, physical, emotional, mental, and all other aspects in life. Yes, even in our careers and relationships, it is very relevant. Not all who have gone first and are now on the pedestal will be successful. Everything and each of us has our own season and time. You may wonder why you are living in misery today, but in the end, you’ll surely be in the first. Everything is worth the wait, especially when you have spent your waiting in talking with the Lord, searching and desiring of His plans for you. Worry not if you see yourself today being the least in almost everything for God uplifts those who humble themselves before Him. Talk with a prophet and discover how soon you can make yourself at the first and top of everything through prophecies from the Lord.
