The Liverpool Comedy Festival and Everton in the Community are on the hunt for aspiring musical acts ready to show off their sense of humour for the Liverpool Comedy Festival and show everyone exactly why Liverpool is the North Wests Capital of Comedy. We are offering the city’s budding bands the chance to put themselves forward to headline the “Tee Hee in the Park” event when it takes place on Sunday 28th Sept. The best of the acts, as voted by our official partner charity Everton in the Community and us The Comedy Trust, will even get the chance to play on the main stage, which is to be located in Williamson Square. An X Factor-style panel comprising of some of the best comics around have been drafted in to listen to all the nominations and draw up the shortlist of four lucky winners. Fans will then be able to vote for their favourite online by sharing or retweeting their favourite video.
