The Malaga driver who rolled an SUV on Colockum Pass and killed his 18-year-old passenger last summer earned a 34-month prison sentence Monday. Karl Wayne Jones, 56, pleaded guilty Dec. 22 in Kittitas County Superior Court to a charge of vehicular homicide in the Aug. 20 death of Sarah Lynn Underwood (pictured), who was thrown out and died when the vehicle flipped over.
