The Multiroll sheet metal radius hand brake is the culmination of professional fabricator Chris Jeske’s 25 years of experience with forming sheet metal. Designed for forming radius bends in up to 0.050” aluminum or 20 gauge mild steel sheet metal, the Multiroll is completely unique. Unlike traditional radius hand brakes, the Multiroll allows you to form a radius in the very edge of sheet metal with any type of flange: single flange, U-shaped flange, Z-shaped flange, flat hem, or even no flange! The Multiroll is so easy to use; it has no moving parts and requires no electricity to run. Simply pull your sheet metal over the die to form your desired bend on the one-inch radius die. It is light enough to be portable and set up almost anywhere. The Multiroll is available in a 60” (5’) box and pan style or 122” (10’) straight style. For the box and pan style, the die sizes are 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 15”, making it a versatile solution for any job in any fabrication shop.
