The NFL should be more hardcore when it comes to calling a pass-completed, and keeping the ball in play. For example, if you catch a pass, mid-air, out of bounds, but toss the ball back into a player in bounds. The balls is considered to still be in play. So I say. If you have catch the ball, not counting steps taken, but catch the ball, and move it from a catch position, to a carry position, that should count as a completed pass, whether you drop the ball right after (whether do to your horrible grip, or a strip attempt) and that ball should still be in play. FOR EXAMPLE: 6magazineonline/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/peter-warrick_fsu-catch.jpg This, is a caught ball. But hes still in the air, he hasnt gained any yards yet. So if he were to loose possession of the ball before hitting the ground. That should be counted as a fumble. Because its not an incomplete pass, in my opinion. what do you think Brian. I think they really need to intensify this. Hardcore mode.
