The NSM secretariat has observed that despite the frantic efforts made by the former National Secretary of our society Prof. M.D. Mukhtar, to forward all outstanding membership certificates via EMS post, some colleagues still complain of not receiving theirs. The former secretary also made these certificates available during the last conference at ABU. Sequel to this, the secretariat wishes to request all members who had paid their registration dues and completed the membership form to kindly forward any evidence of payment/registration. Upon verification, the certificates shall be mailed to the members accordingly. Scanned copies of the original payment receipts/tellers should be forwarded to; nsmsecretariat@yahoo or amadies2001@yahoo In addition, such members should send their full names, Telephone numbers, email contact, office/contact address (where he/she can easily receive mail), institutional affiliation and state the conference/place where the registration was made.
