The Nanny Joynt is actively seeking a nanny recruiter/placement specialist to join our team! This position will entail reviewing candidate resumes, recruiting new candidates, facilitating phone interviews, screening candidates, conducting in person interviews, and creating nanny profiles. The ideal person for this position has nanny/childcare experience, is passionate about quality childcare, has exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, is extremely organized, pays attention to detail, and is excited and interested in growing with our agency! Requirements for this position: Nanny/childcare experience – a firm understanding of the nanny/family relationship Customer service experience Some marketing experience would be great but not mandatory Experience working in an office setting – proficient in word, excel, Fresh Books, Facebook marketing, scheduling. Outstanding references Team player Ability to effectively communicate and work with many personality types Self motivated This position could be Part-Time or Full-Time if the candidate is interested in doing some other office work as well.
