The National Railroad Museum sincerely apologizes for the slowness - TopicsExpress

The National Railroad Museum sincerely apologizes for the slowness of the ticketing system. We, like many of you, did not expect how many people would decide to purchase tickets immediately after they were posted for sale. We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback - as well as your kindness, patience, and understanding in the situation. The Museum is working towards finding a better solution for all future ticket sales. Many individuals have also requested additional shows to be added. We understand that family is important to you, and it is important to us as well. With a small staff, the National Railroad Museum relies on more than 40 volunteers per night to ensure this fundraiser is memorable and enjoyable. They take time away from their families during the Christmas season. To ensure that they also can enjoy the season, we have capped the number of shows at 22. We appreciate your spirit of generosity in allowing us to continue this tradition of kindness to those who help the Museum.
