And do you think you should be told!!! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Heres a house in Calgary where five people were murdered and it is now up for sale.In most provinces including Ontario they does NOT have to disclose that a murder happened in the house . The only province that has to is Quebec. Under the rules for Ontario realtors’ Code of Ethics, he said, agents are bound to have to deal with material facts, and to deal honestly, but there’s no rules for sellers outside of Quebec. That’s the only jurisidction in Canada that has any disclosure laws on murder.
