The News of MARCH TO PARLIAMENT by ASKMM the United Forum of Duped Depositors held at JANTAR MANTAR New Delhi on 17th December 2014 at 4 celcious temperature Demanding Refund of Hard Earned Money to the Duped Depositors.Over 2000 Duped Depositors from across Odisha went to New Delhi with 11Point Charter of Demands.A 5 Member Delegation Led by Comrade D Raja the Member of Parliament & CPI National Secretary including Convenor Jayanta Das, Joint Convenors Madhu Sudan Bishwal & Anuradha Subudhi and Adviser Mr Soumya Ranjan Pattnaik met Union Finance Minister Mr Arun Jaitly in his Parliamentary Chambers & submitted 11 Point Charter of Demands. In reciprocation to the Demands the Union Finance Minister admmtted that these fraudulent Companies have taken advantages from various defective Central Acts .Now it is essential to Amend those Acts & Rules bringing out One window system for the porpuse.Comrade D Raja told whether One or Two Window is not a matter for the Duped Depositor but Any Amendment must be aimed to ensure the 100% Guarrented Refund of Depositors Assured Quantum in a stipulated time.
