The Nishkam Centre Project Senior Women’s Enterprise Empowerment - TopicsExpress

The Nishkam Centre Project Senior Women’s Enterprise Empowerment Project (SWEEP) has been shortlisted for RBS funding. This Project aims to empower senior women entrepreneurs, within our diverse West Midlands communities, to translate their traditional and cultural skills and heritage into business concepts and proposals, so as to capture in time, history with all its essences, for the benefits of our youth, second generation and for new generations to come. The project will also support the health and mental well-being of senior women and communities, by empowering them to re-engage with business, professional life and contribute back into the economy, through creating new micro SME businesses, opportunities for volunteering and placement learning, jobs, employment opportunities for self, as well as young unemployed graduates and NEETs. The next stage involves public voting which closes at 12 noon on Wednesday 13th November 2013. Please vote now to help support this application; it only takes 2 minutes.
