The Norwegian School of Sport Sciences finished the European Universities Beach Volleyball Championship in the 9th place of 25 teams. For the first time the school has a beach volleyball team representing the school and the country in a competition of this type. Our team was recognized as one of the best teams on the competition. The hard work will continue in order to come back to Porto next year for the World Universities Beach Volleyball Championship. I am very proud of being a part of it and thank you for your effort to keep this project alive Henning Kjemperud Olsen, Daniel Bergerud, Aleksander Eidsvåg and Christian Helland. I know that it is not easy to work as a volunteer but we all know that we do it for love for the sport and for the school and we will all be there for each other. Together we are stronger!! I really hope that the school give us more support and recognize our effort to show the world that we are able to have a beach volleyball team to represent Norway at student level also in beach volleyball!
