The Obama administration would like to regulate methane gas in the form of cow belching and gas passing which has fallen 11% since 1990 when it was realized the affect that it has on the environment, in an unrelated story the administration has no interest in doing anything about the 68,000 illegal aliens that have violent criminal records here in the US. Know why? The cows cant vote but the illegal aliens can.
