The #OconeeCounty Sheriffs Office says theyve spoken to *50* people and not ONE person saw #TuckerHipps fall from the Hwy. 93 bridge Monday morning. However, #ClemsonUniversity says Hipps was on an activity run with other members of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity that morning. It appears he fell sometime around 5:30AM but wasnt reported missing until 8 hours later around 1:45PM. His body was found less than 2 hours later in the water under the bridge.
