The Old Darwin Airport,none air conditioned, all the windows and doors leading to the tarmac wide open to catch any breeze,prop aircraft revving up blowing exhaust fumes into the passenger lounge,saw a bloke once,agitated saying he should be on the plane about to start taxiing,some joker told him to go out and wave his ticket to the pilot which he did,the plane came to a stop, door opened,someone motioned to throw his bag in, next he was hoisted inside and the plane and passenger flew away to cheers from the passenger lounge.It could only have happened in Darwin I reckon.
