The Original Spontanes and IMAGE along with the FABULOUS Gtownsound Band will be on stage this coming Friday [July 26] at Belmont’s Friday Night Live. The incredible Caleb Davis will open the concert…… Gtownsound will be debuting the new song “It’s Just Rhythm and Blues” now playing by DEMAND on SURF Radio and Gaston College Radio Friday Night Live concerts are held every other Friday evening from May 17 until September 6. The concerts run from 7 pm until 10 pm, but South Main Street is closed between the railroad tracks and Myrtle Street around 2 pm in order to set up for the event. The concerts are free and open to all, but there is a charge for food and drinks. The Friday Night Live series is produced by the Belmont Merchants Association. The series has been running each summer since 2007 and draws a large crowd every other week from around the region.
